Coronavirus Policy for FUE Clinics
At FUE Clinics we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority. Which is why we want to give you an insight into the daily steps we take, as well as the additional steps we are taking, being extra vigilant amid growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK, we wanted to reassure our patients to our commitment to continuity during this time.
We have had ZERO cases of Coronavirus within our clinics and supply chain.
Our Patients
To ensure the health and well-being of all, we ask that you: Adhere to the advice of the World Health Organisation (WHO), the National Health Service (NHS) and Public Health England (PHE) with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus. If you have returned from any of the countries listed on the government website in recent weeks, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a date that is 14 days or more from the day of your arrival back into the UK. If you have been told by the NHS to self-isolate, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will rearrange your appointment. If you have visited one of our clinics within the previous 14 days and have since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, or have been in proximity to someone who has contracted the virus, we ask that you make us aware so that we can take necessary action.
Our Team
Our team are double cleansing their hands before and after each consultation or treatment and are using gloves where necessary. Hand sanitisers are available during your visit. Our toilets contain adequate handwashing facilities. We are also monitoring our teams travel, ensuring that anyone who has visited an area of high risk is taking the recommended steps to protect those around them.
Our Clinics
Our team always ensures that our consultation rooms are wiped and sanitised after each client, and all rooms are thoroughly cleaned overnight, ready for the following day. We are leaders in clinical practices and we pride ourselves on delivering high standards of care and cleanliness at our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered clinics.
Medical Orders
We will do our utmost to ensure that medical orders are dispatched on time; currently, we are operating at normal capacity; we consider this 'business as usual' for the foreseeable future.
Thank you for your support and commitment to the health and well-being of our community, and we look forward to welcoming you at the clinic very soon.
